Sun Ra - Cosmos 1976

Sun-Ra is some strange stuff! it's pretty old and the guy believed that he came from some distant planet!lol but his style is pretty cool it's some mixture between old blues melodies/ambiances and more jazzy/weird sounds! it can sounds like Maceo Parker or Manu Dibango and though it dates backs to 1976, this is already free jazz to me! anyway it's useless trying to give you clues or hints about how it sounds so check it out yourself, i'm sure you'll enjoy it! =D

Ilgi - Saules Meita 1998

Ilgi, like 大A兄's recent play Skyforger comes from that little place called Latvia! But unlike Skyforger they do not use big saturated guitars and lightning fast double bass, indeed they only use acoustic instruments like guitar, fiddle, bagpipes...etc... As they sing in their native tongue i have no idea what they are talking about in their song but it's certainly about the folklore, lore, and myth that are to be found in their culture... whatever, the music is pretty cool and entertaining so on your feet, let's dance!ah ah!

On A Dead Machine - On A Dead Machine 2005

On a Dead Machine comes from the U.S, and they play some music that i won't even try to describe!lol to give you an idea nevertheless let's just say it reminds me of bands like A Perfect Circle (a lot!), Tool...well you see the kind of stuff i'm talking about! it's both heavy and melodical with more furious passages really remembering screamo bands like Chevelle for instance (if that's a screamo band! ah ah!)! the album is pretty good but the production could have been better, especially for an album released in 2005 and considering the type of music they play, that is in which the sound quality is of the utmost importance...but anyway it's definitely worth a shot IMHO! enjoy

Norway strike once more and it's a hard blow that will hack your head againt the wall and let blood spill around! ah ah!... Taake will certainly enthral your soul with it's dynamic and distinguished black metal, that's the least i can promise you! =) in the first place this album made me laugh (when i was just looking at it!lol) cause i saw TNBM written on it... so i thought to myself... ah ah! still one of this damn musicians that has nothing more to offer than some patriotic feelings... but the cover was quite intriguing and i let myself be tempted by it whatsoever....(([[Oo]])) wow! what a surprise! not only are the songs great and interesting but the atmospheres are varied and manage to convey epic and powerful feelings!! hush....!!quick! ..gimme my sword...i need to leave at once, the mountains are calling my name, the cold Mist is coming again,...a killing spree is taking control of me!! \m/

Cause For Effect - PQ-2 (2001)

This is a grindcore band! =) but not the usual type, actually there are only two guys in the band, a bassist (also doing the vox) and a drummer! their style is very technical and rather unusual! i believe they come from Finland but not sure as there is not many info about them...this album is a MCD and despites its containing about 20 songs, it's about 20 minutes!! ah ah, true grindcore power!!!lol well not much to add except that if you like it strange and off the beaten track, this one is for you! enjoy!

Disphoria - Sleep Fly Away... You'll Be Tortured Forever 2004

Disphoria comes from the french local scene (south of france, Toulouse, where captain Zakky has been, and where Zubrowska also comes from for instance!) and they are making their way up to the top...well at least they started their ascension and if they keep their head up like that i believe they have the ability to rise high! I'm not much of a metalcore fan as this kind of stuff tends to turn out boring in the end and all the bands sound kindda the same to me! ah ah! Disphoria's music is more diversified though... i have seen them live and on stage i was pretty fucking stunned by their drummer...this guy believe me is rather impressive! this is their first album and it bodes well for their future recordings as their song are pretty interesting, well composed and really well performed! have a go you won't regret it! \m/

Biomechanical - Eight Moons (2002)

next to france is England, the heavy metal creator proves once more that they can rejuvinate that style and bring it one giant step forward! actually what would you think if the power of Pantera (for instance)was combined to the style of old heavy metal stuff like, let's say, Judas Priest, ...and to top it all, a symphonic /progressive touch was added to it! well this is Biomechanical! as i know many of you are real fans of power metal, well the fact that i'm not and that i definitely love this album is to me an indisputable proof of its worth! enjoy!

Epheles - Souviens-Toi [2006]

Well after such a long absence, the title of this opus couldn't come in better! Epheles is from France and plays BM, ...and if nothing else that country is at least good pretty good at it! ah ah! i like the style of these guys very much and though they aren't known but to the advanced black metaller, Ephele has been practicing its black art for ten years already! but like true evil masters, they went by unnoticed, lurking in the shadow and treading on a unique and hellish path of their own! if you like BM, you'll certainly love that album cause it's pretty dark and gloomy, it reminds me of early Burzum-esque ambiances!! it also mixes violent warlike rhythms and more grandiose, slower melodies ...in the best Norwegian style! the text are mainly in French but don't even try to understand a word!lol Overall, IMHO this album is truly excellent! don't miss that one, it'll kick your @ss so hard you'll think you're in time warp!! ah ah! \m/

荔枝王 - 硬心 2003

Welcome back on the mainland! if you scour the country you may have already come across that band cause 荔枝王 is rather famous and renowned, ...and if you've not had the opportunity to hear them yet, i recommend checkin' that band out ASAP! ;) well their music is quite basic and not that original( well ...HxC!..), but i like their style! the vocalist is pretty aggressive, the rhythm is heavy and pummelling! like Biohazard meeting R.A.T.M and roping Pro-Pain in!! the song with the guy from L.M.F is pretty cool IMHO...basically, their music is in the line of all the good stuff released at the beginning of the 90's, 荔枝王 shows that the spirit is still alive and kicking on this goddamn planet...and i for sure won't be complaining about that! enjoy! \m/

Michel Petrucciani - Marvellous 1994

well as it is jazz time, i bring this this little guy here who is a French pianist (from an Italian origin)...i don't know if you've ever heard about him but he was very famous over here! as you can see he was a dwarf and had very small hands with tiny fingers...but when you'll hear him playing...well you'll just realize how big this guy is as a pianist! unfortunately he died a few years ago at an early stage in life...as all geniuses i would say... there seem to be a mandatory rule about that! = / Whatever, his music is truly awesome ( i like the Snoopy track a lot [charlie brown]lol) and i'm sure you'll enjoy his work and recognize how much it's worth! \m/

Soulrest - Pathological Processes (1997)

welcome to Ukraine where Soulrest will be happy to entertain you! this is quite an old album ...10 years already! (i think it's their demo...doesn't sound like an album to me..more like self produced!lol) and i have no idea if they did anything else...cause i believe they have disbanded! too bad cause they style was cool for sure, and interesting as well! the vox are borderline between black and death metal, more like BM to me, that is no deep low pitched growling but rather a husky rawky one, just like their music which is not so much DM IMHO, as it sounds thrashy and speedy (like the crown/crown of thorns' early stuff)...but they are apparently labelled as MDM so as i'm bad at labelling i used that tag! ah ah!...well their song are really well composed, they even use a keyboard to create powerful and grandiose atmospheres that may even remind you of good old emperor at times, ...and didn't fall into the trap of overusing it!lol a pretty cool demo which would have deserve a real production, IMO...enjoy! \m/

Leftöver Crack - Mediocre Generica 2001

Leftöver Crack comes from N.Y.C and formed at the beginning of 2000 (or 2001 maybe)from the breaking up of different bands. their style is pretty cool and though i labeled it ska punk, it's sometimes more akin to hardcore or deeply angry punk rock indeed! ah ah! but they also play some r'n'r stuff in the old style (and even use piano at times!!!) ...so they are eclectic enough in the end ....and that pretty good! Perhaps you've heard of their latest album called "Fuсk World Trade" with a nice pic of the collapsing towers! it was quite a contentious one! ah ah! but that's what punk is all about! enjoy!

Devilica - 11 11 [2006]

This is some kind of demo (or it's a MCD) i guess, but this band is pretty good IMO, they play rough metal and incorporated quite a lot of different style in their music. They uses noises as well as very percussive riffing, melodical parts, and even some clear vocals!well, the whole thing is highly enjoyable i believe! (well to me at least! ah ah!) it's pretty difficult to give you an idea of their music as each track is always rather different from the next...or the previous! but they are somewhat in the style The Sawtooth Grin or Meshuggah....hope you like it! =)

HEADLINE - Escape 1997

Yes you read well, i played power metal!lol (shame on me! the devil'll kick my ass for that! ah ah!) well Headline i believe is pretty unknown! no wonder they are french!...perhaps they are famous in TW as many unknown French band manage to get famous there! actually i bought that one quite a while ago, about 10 years or so perhaps (it's their first album)! cause the guitarist of that band is pretty good and comes up with catchy riffs and hot leads (he plays a 7-strings)...i must admit i don't like their singer much ...yet it's a female!...but she's eons away from the sweet voices of Asian chicks!lol ... well the album is rather good anyway, she's not so horrible! the one i have is a collector edition so if you want the other CD played (acoustic version of these songs) ask me ...and it's done! =) enjoy!

D - Tafel Anatomie (2006)

well, not far from you, dwells a band called with just one letter! ah ah pretty short name indeed, it's "D" that comes from Japan! no idea why they chose D whatsoever!lol they play r'n'r in the classic Japanese style..that is very well composed, produced..whatever, there's not much to criticize in that respect...whether you'll like the album or not has more to do with your taste than anything else! but to me it's just funky, full of energy, with even a Spanish touch at times, the vocalist is also awesome...i don't speak Japanese but it's great to listen to him anyway...in one word ...brilliant! enjoy!

Latexxx Teens - Moloko And Ultraviolance [EP] (2006)

Latexxx Teens (also LXT) is an industrial band from Italy (Rome) which consist in 4 people. they are to me the direct heir of German band KMFDM, in the sense that their industrial metal is really in the same line, a sort of futuristic punk music. Otherwise these two bands don't have that much in common, ...no wonder, given the time difference between them...but in both cases it's dark, fast and aggressive...which is all i ask about industrial!lol this is an album which i like quite a lot so i hope you'll enjoy it as much as i do! \m/

Slander - Fings To Fix 2004

Slander is a band from Brazil (Curitiba, south of Brazil)and i guess they are kindda unknown to the world!! too bad they disbanded in 2005 cause their music is pretty cool and fun! they have a very eclectic style that goes from metal, to funky and rock stuff from the 70's! coming from Brazil, the rhythm are especially interesting on that record ...and no wonder, at times you might feels it sounds a bit Sepultura-esque (as it is one of the first band that promoted that kind of rhythm)... music wise this band also recall Faith No More owing to the creative aspect of its music! =) cool album IMO! enjoy!

The Sword - Age of Winters (2006)

This band is not that famous but you might have heard about them already, they are from Texas and believe it or not this album stands as some sort of demo!...well if you've never come across that band, then you're pretty likely to like 'em as they play a sorta old heavy metal / doom style , ...recalls Black Sabbath to my mind actually (but it sounds modern whatsoever!)...the album is really groovy and chuggy and i found it pretty good! it's definitely one of the best i heard in the style so far...powerful, melodic, with great drumming...this band stand poised like a tough warrior that won't be easily defeated! as their moniker suggests they are axe masters, so don't hold back your blows.... \m/

[LPP] Diskord - Doomscapes (2007)

well, what about an underground party? cause i guess Diskord won't play anywhere else!lol i didn't think to play that one in the first place indeed, cause it's been pretty soft till now.... but well i couldn't resist! ah ah! grindcore is definitely the chink in my armor! so Diskort plays a mix of 硬核, 死亡金属, 碾核 and they added very cool experimentation in their music ... i don't know much about the musicians playing in that band but by listening to them, you can bet their are all quite talented and certainly highly proficient at what they are doing! it's not that violent actually (no typical blastbeat stuff) and it's a pretty interesting album... so don't miss it!

[LPP] The Free French - A Place Of Our Own

I take advantage of this party to play stuff i usually don't indeed! the free french plays some jazzy pop which is quite enjoyable IMO. it's very well crafted and performed, a bit in the lounge style of some old jazz stuff from the 60's. it may seems a bit too "conservative" or "hype" in some sort of way, but actually if you pay attention, you can easily hear that behind simple melodies and smooth arrangement, in fact a complex and intricate work has been done! this is the slow dancing part! hope you are still able to see the girls around...or is it all blurred and swirling!?lol

we're in a landing zone! the party is slowing down a bit for everybody need to get a drink and relax!lol meanwhile for those who are staying on the dancefloor, this band plays some nice and sweet poppy melodies in the line of the beattles but with a more moder approach, including some electronic here and there! well we were dealing with being good, nice and all a bit earlier, that's the kind of music which is appropriate! if you headbang or get agitated with that one, then you're a madman...go and see a doc straightaway, these are "The Boy Least Likely to"! ah ah!

[LPP] Mael Mordha - Gealtacht Mael Mуrdha

Mael Mordha is a band from Dublin, Ireland! Not so often we find one of those!lol they play a style which is between heavy rock and stoner/doom ...actually i have no idea what their style is!it reminds me a bit of band like kampfar or godsend at times... but it's cool music to me, that's all that counts! and i like the accent of their singer quite a lot ...we can clearly hear the Celtic influence over both the vox and the music! well it's nighttime here, but you'll have a strong drink for breakfast on your side!lol enjoy a party in the wood with loads of hydromel! =)

[LPP] 櫻桃幫 - 親愛的王子

So the party began already! here i bring Cherry Boom who is a band i like quite a lot for two reasons! first the music is really cool, and original, they use both groovy rock rhythms and soothing melodies... the vocals are in Chinese (or Taiwanese?) and i think that is also to their advantage, cause the singer has a very beautiful voice and her language let her express it! The second reason is that i discovered that this is an all girl band (but you certainly knew it!lol) ...and fortunately for me i heard their music much before i saw what they looked like.. cause otherwise i guess i wouldn't have been able to fairly judge the album! indeed they are so cute i would have been more than partial! ah ah! enjoy a very cool rock album! TAIWAN POWER kills me again! (([[**]])) any visa for your country?!! ;)

War - We Are... Total War 2001

Before the party begins, there's still time for grimness to show its nose! Coming from Sweden, here's come War! (no pun intended!) the lil' hype loving Christian are better be equipped soon or ..it's gonna be scorching ah ah!! cause this band is made up with serious master of the black art, i'm talking about Jim Berger from Abruptum, David Parland from Dark Funeral and Peter Tägtgren from Hypocrisy! Indeed almost a super combo!lol their music is raw, crude, violent and ruthless! ... the subject is plain and simple... Satanism and war! so nothing original at all, hey!...it's BM! ah ah! but this is the pinnacle of anti-Christian music...and in their view this is not for fun! \m/

Erosion - Vol.III [We Bite Records] [1992]

Erosion comes from Germany, and that's about all i know! ah ah! perhaps they still exist perhaps not (i guess not), i'm not even sure this is the right cover (though if we consider the intro, that may well be the one!!)...but what is sure is that this is one of a kick ass album! i have had it on tape for pretty long then on a burned CD..and still on it after all these years!...so if you have info about that band just tell me =D they play a mixture between early slayer, hardcore punk in the vein of DSB or some stuff by Pro pain ("the truth hurt" period)...the vocalist always reminds me of Lemmy's husky voice, though it's pretty different as you'll hear!lol his singing style is more in the line of Araya overall...punk/hardcore that is...
oh, the last song of the album is very doom-like! which always made me trip! ...i wonder how come these guy ended playing hardcore speedy songs indeed!lol the only thing that isn't good on that album is the mastering/production...but it cannot really be considered a flaw as it was made in 1992! enjoy!

Hail to our fellow berserker! well first off, i must tell you that tough i labeled them BM, that's a bit too easy and restrictive a term!lol they are not at all like their, now weak and feeble, counterpart ...Dimmu Borgir! ah ah! and don't let them lure you with their opening track which is the most convention abiding song (BM wise) of the album! well i won't stall you for much longer as you seem pretty eager to get into the battle! to me they are what the covenant would certainly have turned out like if they had not shat their pant when they saw darkness for real and done pop instead! ah ah! prepare for surrealistic ambiances melting with old pagan feelings...as if Emperor has finally managed to spread its vision before it died! enjoy!

Cypher - Darkday Carnival (2006)

Corruption and filth rise again inside! ah ah! a mischievous power has taken control once more, it's called Cypher! they come from Holland and this album is their evil debut! They have a borderline style between death and thrash which is worth checking out IMO if you like it heavy and loud!! the composition is pretty good and diversified, but for guys playing in a "thrash" style there's no lead (well only a small one!lol) on the album!! damn! the new generation is really far behind from that aspect compared to the rockin' 90's era!!*sob!* it's almost hardcore indeed, but that's the only "flaw" here, if i may call it that! another thing is that the vocalist is rather brutal and his voice is really good! he seems to sway between is Phil Anselmo's influences and his David Vincent's one!ah ah! cause as you'll hear, the vox are really reminiscent of bands like Morbid Angel and Pantera (well to me at least!lol)! as you have understood this album is pretty good and to conclude i'll just say that if they had only added 4 or 5 leads over the whole album, i would have called that one a masterpiece! \m/

My Little Airport - 在動物園散步才是正經事

This band comes from Hong Kong if i'm not mistaken, and they play some pop in the line of the 80's, that is the cure and the likes. However it's not 80's pop, it's just the overall spirit of the music. there's no bass or drum! they are only 2, a guy and a girl. the guy plays the guitar and the keyboard while the girl sings. The music is very cool and sweet (the voice of the chick in particular!) and i like it a lot, especially if i'm working or having a rest...actually it carries you in a world a bit like the one of FF (like when in the チョコボ world!lol) or other fantasy video games!
Pretty cool duo IMO, if you've never heard about 'em give 'em a listen they're great ..and i always feel like this album is way too short! =)

Yngwie Malmsteen - Inspiration - 1996

As you can see, i have quite recovered from my metal overdose and i can wield my axe again! ah ah! this one album by the maestro is my favourite among all his album, though ironically there's not one single track he wrote on that one! If you don't have it get it forthwith, but in my opinion this is one deserve to be bought as an original! there's all that's influenced Malmsteen over the years in this album, but better than cover Malmsteen plays 'em his way and that's where you can hear this guy is simply outstanding cause on the one hand he kept the original spirit of all the songs alive but on the other i would go as far as to say his version are the best or stand on an equal footing with the original!lol and i'm not that much a fan of Malmsteen music (though i like it),...even in Hendrix's case!...well hope you likes it, this has been one of my favourite record for years, whatever the style! \m/

No Name - Get Free

This is a band from China that plays simple punk, but actually this is the kind of punk music that disappeared from the US or Europe many years ago and none has ever managed to catch the spirit back! fortunately for us these guys do it pretty well and i can't help grinning every time i hear their old school punk'n'roll! it reminds me so much of those good old band like T-SOL, GBH and the likes! =D i don't know if the are very famous in TW or China but they deserve to get all your attention cause though they are doing nothing new or original, their style is 100% true and you can feel their music comes from the guts!! i'm sure G.G Allin would have like that asskickin' band! ah ah! enjoy music from the gutter it's good for you! \m/

椎名林檎 - 无限偿还

Shiina Ringo is a girl from Japan i love as much as YUI, but i don't happen to listen to her as much though i don't know why...perhaps to enjoy her a bit more each time!lol Her style is quite borderline between punky/rockin' and sweet poppy/jazzy! she seems not to be willing to choose either!lol actually she's a somewhat experimental approach to music, and don't hesitate to include electronica here and there for instance, ...well to me she's definitely a great musician with lots of different facets to offer her audience =) she has also a very particular voice at times, kinda nasal or something, which reminds me of some French female singers whose name i completely forgot!lol but chiefly, her voice is very soothing! ((**)) warmly recommended, she's really worth it! ;D

Infernal War - Redesekration 2007

The Final Chapter Is Still to Be Written....

By winning you finally accomplished that long awaited prophecy my friends! The dark circle is now complete, ... back to Poland again! (damn!! what a crazy country!) where the ashes of time can be spread to slowly corrupt the soil again, for a new cycle is to begin before we meet anew and carry forth the mysterious purpose of the universe! ... Strain your ears, warrior!! cause if you dare fathom the depth of the abyss to their very bottom with enough care , you will notice that a quiet murmur can still be heard, ...but you wouldn't hear a murmur if the abyss wasn't so deep and remote from the surface!! actually by listening carefully, it becomes obvious that the Luciferian depths are far from dead or asleep, they are fully awake and even, they are moving pretty fast! Indeed, the next battle is already being prepared, peace is but a transitory state that leads to degeneration! Destruction on the other hand, is creative and a source of life... More than ever, the forces of evil are plotting in a dark corner of their own to tie the proud Angels down a burning rope that would seal their fate!ah ah!! enjoy the bearer of light if you dare! \m/

Belenos - Chants De Bataille (2006)

Play:H5

The BM scene in France is very active but remains mainly an underground movement (that is utterly unknown too most of the metalheads ...don't even mention others!lol, and benefiting from a rather poor production!)...however once and a while there are bands that manage to make their way out (not too many, and they don't go too far whatsoever! ah ah!), the living proof being that Belenos which comes from Bretagne has been existing since 1995 but they are known to the initiates only! ...too bad cause their dark and furious BM in a pagan style has been one of my favourite for a long time, and though this album is much more violent than what they used to do!, it has the ability to carry its listener into great Celtic and medieval ambiances! believe me after listening to that one no war or opponent will seem frightening enough to you not to tweak his nose and laugh in his face!lol .... the power of darkness will flow in your vein forever after! Hail! \m/

(WAR2)Secrets of the Moon - Antithesis (2006)

Play:G6

As Heaven shows another and less acknowledged aspect of itself (indeed not so far from the Hell Legions as a matter of fact...why are we battling??lol!), we'll have to resort to ancestral power in that tough war to still corrupt it further! Old warriors like Satyricon, or Samael in their early period all did so and i guess it's now our turn to follow the path of our forefather! the power of ßlã¢k MåGîk shall spread forth as Lucifer speaks it and the Secret of the Moon shall finally unravel its progressive power over the Warfield and eventually bring our Legions one step further down the sombre road to victory!! enjoy!!

(WAR2)Murder Delirium - T.B.O.I.A.H.M. (2002)

Play: F7

I heard some have been wounded during last battle, then this is what they should now or very shortly feel like! Each of our blow is infected with a Russian disease called Murder Delirium! as the first song already tells you that is what led to "The Birth Of Intellect And Human Malice",... why we have fallen! as i speak your senses shall begin to alter and the nice and quiet melodies sent to destroy us will now sound ominous and much more brutal, enthralling hellish symphonies!! as for the delicate voices of flourishing virgins singing which you're used to, well, that is the better part, they will turn into deep demonly growl!! ah ah!! welcome to our Dream of Insanity! Great isn't it? lol

(WAR2)Azarath - Diabolic Impious Evil (2006)

Play: E3

Damn this war is quite demanding but i'm prepared to commit myself!! members of the Hell Legion are drunk?? ah ah!! no wonder to me! i'll sure need to bring those unruly demons to Scandinavia, after that journey they'll need quite a lot to get drunk... if that ever happens again!lol your Heaven Legions dwelling in Poland will soon have their shining lil' asses on fire, as Azarath has just been summoned! Remarkably experienced for his third participation, but utterly unknown to the outter world, he will have no difficulty in blending with your people, executing the lot to the m#th#rf#ck#n' last one of them!lol that violently fast, bloodthirsty animal of inexhaustible energy is insanely effective!...you're lucky most of the Legions aren't there! on your guards winged one! ;)

(WAR2)Akercocke - Words That Go Unspoken, Deeds That Go Undone (2005)

Play: E6

this little demon here is a band by the former guitarist of The Berzerker, and though it's quite experimental as well with some electronica and an avant garde style, it's not at all in the same vein! the music is quite grim and atmospheric overall but extreme and violent at the same time! this is the true power of evil unbridled so prepare to lose control of your wings and reel through various landscapes where life has barely ever set foot, or has been sucked dry of its very own substance if ever there had been life in those places! Even the mightiest of angels will have to handle that wayward one with care ....or "fallen" will be a weak euphemism for his new condition! ah ah! only lunatics dare rise against us! ;P

(WAR2)Capharnaum - Fractured (2004)

Play: G4

well, i take up the turn as Purple seems not to be around! he can take the following or i'll do it again! eh eh! the Hell Legions are not really used to be challenged so it's a bit of a mess to put everything together, a Capharnaum in some sort!lol but as you'll see there's more than meet the eyes cause under the blurry and shallow surface lies indeed an uncompromising state-of-the-art organization! i'm sure Heaven can see clearly through the mess! beware cause we will rise as one all at once...and we'll not ring a bell!lol

(WAR2)Balrog - Bestial Satanic Terror 2006

Play: F5

here comes Balrog! as this is the beginning of the unholy war, i play that album which is their second but as their first went unnoticed , this one might be considered their debut album! Balrog has not the real sound of BM to me, as they are closer to DM IMO, which is a bit of a shame cause the album would be so much powerful if it had the raw sound it deserves. So this album is not the best i've ever heard and bears a few weaknesses and as it comes from France i'm certainly a bit partial to it but nevertheless, it's pretty well composed with loads of catchy riffs and a powerful hatred that oozes from the songs. actually as this is just a newcomer in the art of warfare, i guess in a short while this fledgling band'll be quite devastating! so better pay attention cause you might find him on your path again!

The Living Jarboe - Disburden Disciple 2000

Before the war, the Hell Legions always have a gigantic banquet to entertain its countless demons!lol and of course music is at the core of the party! the main song which is used for opening is called "Dear 666" which is about total war and annihilation! an excellent medium to motivate our troops! so here, i give you the opportunity to hear what the soundtrack of our feast sounds like! a dirty, suffocating and atmospheric music that is not a second violent music wise, but that will nevertheless tear you apart and shatter you spirit owing to the dark and powerful poetry it contains! war as many form indeed! =)

Junius - Blood Is Bright 2006

Junius is some Atmospheric rock band, a bit in the vein of Depeche Mode, The Cure or more recently A Perfect circle =) the album is pretty short (EP) and i hope they do a much longer one... but meanwhile this one is definitely worth it! there are not so many modern band that managed to capture such a spirit in their work while bringing at the same time a modern touch to the music...like "rejuvenated 80's style" to some extent! i guess many will find an interest in them! so enjoy, i think it's great..what about you??!! lol =)

Kronos - The Hellenic Terror [2007]

We were not far from France last time so let's take advantage of that and sail towards it! Actually this album comes out today, and there's nothing like a joke or a prank inside!! these french dudes plays some kind of DM in the vein of Deicide (though the music in itself is perhaps more like Cryptopsy) but IMHO, they outdo their model and are certainly not copies in the overcrowded worls of BDM! pretty f##kin' intense and technical of course, they won't give you a second to breathe between blasting riffs and twisted leads! it's been extremely well composed and produced so the result is utterly frightening! ah ah! don't leave your blade at home if you want to live through that one, that would be stupid...besides, that would give another meaning to April fools day! lol =)
