The BM scene in France is very active but remains mainly an underground movement (that is utterly unknown too most of the metalheads ...don't even mention others!lol, and benefiting from a rather poor production!)...however once and a while there are bands that manage to make their way out (not too many, and they don't go too far whatsoever! ah ah!), the living proof being that Belenos which comes from Bretagne has been existing since 1995 but they are known to the initiates only! ...too bad cause their dark and furious BM in a pagan style has been one of my favourite for a long time, and though this album is much more violent than what they used to do!, it has the ability to carry its listener into great Celtic and medieval ambiances! believe me after listening to that one no war or opponent will seem frightening enough to you not to tweak his nose and laugh in his face!lol .... the power of darkness will flow in your vein forever after! Hail! \m/
