Edward Box - Moonfudge

While we're dealing with guitar hero, i have one to play which is walking a fine line between boring demonstration a-la-steve-vai (though Vai has some interesting ideas from time to time! ah ah) and the bluesy style of Walter Giardino...actually he is not far from him if we consider playing only cause the music is instrumental rock from the 80's ... very good one as a matter of fact! ^^
in this album all the note are necessary and none is played for fun or merely as a display of "impressive" speed technique... if i may say so! ah ah! the track are well composed and never let you down yawning at a deluge of notes that would be thrown at your face ... cause there is (almost!lol) none of that! this guy has taken the time to gather good ideas and to put them together consistenly! each song has its character and even if it's not the most original way to proceed that has been used, it works well whatsoever! believe me this one gets better each time you spin it!
